Stratos Jet Charters, Inc.
Stratos Jet Charters, Inc. Announces their Empty Leg Flight Match Program
Stratos Jet Charters has made available to their air charter clients; industry wide empty leg options for their chartered flights.
Orlando , Florida – May 5, 2008 – Stratos Jet Charters, Inc., an air charter service provider for private and business jet luxury charters, today announced that they will begin offering to their jet charter clients, the option to purchase empty leg chartered flights that are available industry wide.
As a result of strong relationships within the jet charter industry, Stratos Jet Charters, Inc. is able to offer their clients a wide range of empty leg options for their charter flights. With access to countless private jets, Stratos Jet Charters, Inc. has provided excellent service and competitive prices for those seeking a private charter plane. By expanding their relationships with numerous air charter service providers, Stratos Jet Charters is now able to provide more one-way charter flight options than ever before.
Joel A. Thomas, President of Stratos Jet Charters, Inc. commented on their new program saying; “By working together with charter plane operators and air charter brokers, Stratos Jets is able to take advantage of the private jet industries traffic; increasing the efficiency of the luxury jet charter market.” He went on to say that, “We now have the ability not only to purchase empty leg charter flights, but also have the ability to create, market and sell these empty leg charter flights for the benefit of our charter clients.”
Another great benefit of Stratos Jet Charters Empty Leg Flight Match Program is; that the program will contribute to the efficient use of charter aircrafts. “The increase in efficient use of charter planes is a wonderful added bonus. The program seeks to match clients with aircrafts industry wide that have the same or similar routing demands” said Thomas. Mr. Thomas continued pointing out some of the highlights of their new Empty Leg Flight Match Program stating “That by matching clients with repositioning aircrafts that would otherwise fly empty we can cut down on wasted fuel and harmful carbon emissions.”
Stratos Jet Charters has long been interested in the environmental impact of private jets. Early in 2007, Stratos Jet Charters began purchasing carbon offsets through TerraPass for their chartered flights and made available the option to fly carbon neutral to their clients. Mr. Thomas noted that “By matching clients with empty leg charter flights, we are maximizing the efficiency of each chartered flight, which reduces the demand on chartered aircrafts (as well as the costs), helping also to reduce the total amount of carbon emissions industry wide.

NEW REPORT SHOWS AIRLINE HASSLES WORSENING
For Immediate Release
WILL MORE TRAVELERS CHOOSE MOTORCOACHES?
WASHINGTON, April 2 – A new report documenting the increasing hassles that come regularly with airline travel should serve as a consumer reminder that the ease of traveling via motorcoach is a logical alternative, the American Bus Association said.
The annual “Airline Quality Rating” report released April 2 shows rising numbers of
delayed and canceled flights, lost luggage, bumped passengers and other problems that have fueled growing customer dissatisfaction with flying.
“The facts researched and verified in this report shouldn’t lead to more fingerpointing, but rather a new surge of interest in alternatives to flying,” said American Bus Association President Peter J. Pantuso. “Motorcoaches now offer upscale amenities including airlinestyle seating, personal climate control, audio and visual entertainment options, and excellent value for the consumer’s travel dollar. And you can keep your shoes and belts on along with your cell phone. But we don’t offer any middle seats.”
Pantuso noted that for longdistance, timeconscious business travelers, airlines still have an obvious advantage. But for shorter trips, particularly within 200400 miles, consumers have alternatives to airline travel that are less costly, and which can be timecompetitive and comparatively free of many airport headaches.
“Consumers don’t have to be resigned to the idea that traveling is an automatic source of stress,” Pantuso added. “Motorcoach operators and their professional drivers still believe in the concept that part of the fun in traveling is enjoying the journey.”
With fare hikes looming for airline tickets, Pantuso emphasized that consumers have better reasons than ever to choose motorcoach travel. “The travelers still have the power of choice, even if events sometimes make them feel powerless,” Pantuso said. “Travelers can choose to take their business to a competitor. Give motorcoaches a chance to earn your business through old fashioned customer service.”
The American Bus Association is the trade organization of the intercity bus industry with more than 1000 motorcoach owner and tour company members in the United States and Canada. Its members operate charter, tour, regular route, airport express, special operations and contract services. Another 2,600 members are travel and tourism organizations and suppliers of bus products and services who work in partnership with the North American motorcoach industry.

Finally in Austin, Texas, there is a modern way to shop for charter bus transportation. Biplane Rides Over Atlanta
“Snoopy and the Red Baron” was a great song when I was growing up. One could feel the wind in their face as Snoopy chased the Red Baron and shot him down. Now that dream (the wind in the face) can come true! I spoke with Steve Collins who owns Biplane Rides Over Atlanta.
He has the coolest historic planes; two Boeing PT-17 “Stearman”, a Waco, & an AT – 6 “Texan.” I can not wait to get to Atanta, Georgia to let my husband and brother experience the ride of their life on one of these fascinating planes. They are so excited you might think they were boys again…who will be Snoopy and who will be the Red Baron, I wonder??

There is only one way to fly!
There is only one way to go on a tight schedule. That is by flying in a Lear or Westwind Jet. I spoke with Kim at Access Air and she told me how they cater to your every need. They will take you wherever you want, whenever you want, plus have your favorite food or drink on board. They will even let your pet ride in the cabin with you. Doesn't that sound much better than having to drive for hours to get to Jackson, Wyoming...then being to tired to enjoy it? Or having to drive an hour to be at the Airport 2 hours early to catch your flight and then have to rent a car and drive a several more hours because the airline does not go to Ketchum, Idaho or Sun Valley? Just think about it...you drive to your local airport, get on a Lear Jet 10 minutes after you arrive, sit with the people you know, and be in Jackson Hole in just a few hours to enjoy the rest of your vacation. That's the only way to travel!!
